Internal Sales Supervisor
ACP is a well-known and dynamic Belgian company with branches in Holland, France, Germany,
Poland and the Ukraine. ACP is located near the Lummen "cloverleaf" junction and is very easy to
reach. With more than 100 years of experience, ACP is currently Europe's top reference in the area
of CO2. CO2 (or carbon dioxide) is certainly one of the most versatile gases
in nature and industry. The most important and best-known application is the carbonisation of mineral
water, soft drinks and beer. In addition, CO2 is used as a coolant or freezing agent for
food, as a blowing agent for plastics, for transport cooling and during industrial cleaning.
The customer list of ACP includes the most important manufacturers of soft drinks, beer and mineral water,
as well as chemical companies. They also sell to very divergent industries such as pharmaceuticals,
catering companies and the cement industry. ACP is continually developing its organisation, and is

Internal Sales Supervisor
To help steer our growing activities in the right direction
Optimise our Sales Department
After your initiation period, you will co-ordinate the activities of our commercial department that supports
our various markets in the Benelux, France and Germany. Your objective: the provision of an optimal service
to our customers and to the team of seven external sales people. To your varied job package belongs: management
and follow-up of offers and customer files, generation of leads, drawing up contracts, organising mailings,
keeping the CRM up to date, answering (product) questions, dealing with complaints, sales analysis and
reporting, correspondence, agenda management, etc. To this end you provide leadership in the commercial
department and you steer all activities in the right direction. You give special attention to the further
professionalisation of our processes and approach, you provide input in the area of internal sales
communication and you are responsible for developing an optimal relationship with our customers. You work
closely with your colleague sales managers and all company departments and you report to the General Manager
Sales & Strategy.
Professional Level
To meet this challenge you have a solid background in an internal commercial department (or external sales
department) /customer service department in a B to B environment, preferably international. You are familiar
with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage) and you have a good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
You are fluent in oral and written communication in German, French and English. You are proactive,
methodical and analytic. If you do not have experience as head of a department, you feel that you are ready
for it. Your environment knows you as well-organised, service-minded and stress-resistant.
